Founded by Chris Marsh, Alex Bhathal, and Lisa Merage, Revitate Cherry Tree was formed to acquire, reposition, and manage multifamily assets across key markets in the United States. The Revitate Cherry Tree team has a demonstrated track record of success across multiple real estate sectors spanning 65,000+ multifamily units and $8B+ of equity capital previously invested. Leveraging decades of insight, expertise, and relationship, our mission is to preserve long-term, affordable housing options for communities and selectively enrich them with educational learning centers1, while generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors.

As President of Irvine Company’s Apartment division, Founder and General Partner, Chris Marsh, had asset management responsibility over the 10th largest apartment portfolio in the U.S. Chris oversaw the development and acquisition of 22,000+ apartment homes and over $600M of strategic renovation projects across 13,000+ units in the existing portfolio.

Golden 1 Center & DOCO

In 2018, the Kings ownership group and the Bhathal family completed a $1.0B development project in Sacramento covering six city square blocks which inspired an additional $1.5B+ in transformational development within a one-mile radius to the Golden 1 Center.

The Resort at Pelican Hill

One of Irvine Company's most prized assets, the resort features 300+ rooms along the Newport Beach coastline. Chris Marsh led the development of the resort, overseeing all entitlement, design, project management, budgeting, and construction activities. Awarded prestigious Five Star award from Forbes Travel Guide.

RevOZ has also earned praised for achieving positive social impact through investments in low-income communities.
